With over 25 years of experience building homes across the Raleigh area, Chris Pridgen brings a wealth of knowledge and a collaborative spirit to every project. Since joining Ken Harvey Homes in December 2024, he has leaned on his extensive trade relationships and detail-oriented approach to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Chris previously built condos with Stanley Martin Homes, an experience that refined his ability to manage complex builds while keeping quality and timelines in check. Known for being creative, responsible, and a true team player, Chris thrives on problem-solving and working alongside his teammates to bring custom homes to life.

Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on his son at the baseball field, catching Carolina Hurricanes games, or fixing anything with wheels—a skill he honed as a bicycle mechanic in his younger days. His dream vacation involves a hot tub in the mountains, though he’ll never say no to a beach sunset. Inspired by Coach John Wooden’s advice to “Discipline yourself and others won’t need to,” Chris tackles each day with focus, precision, and the occasional handful of Durham’s Praline Pecans.
