Jacob serves as Assistant Project Manager at Ken Harvey Homes, supporting the project management team through every stage of the build process. While his role is hands-on and behind the scenes, Jacob takes pride in contributing to the exceptional custom homes the company is known for—and in being part of projects that set a high standard for craftsmanship and detail.

Though new to Ken Harvey Homes, Jacob was drawn to the company by its reputation and vision. After hearing firsthand about the team culture and long-term goals from leadership, he knew it was the right place to grow. Prior to joining the team, Jacob worked as a Project Manager building production homes, an experience that gave him a strong foundation in construction coordination and problem-solving. Transitioning into luxury custom homes, he likens the move to “stepping into the major leagues,” embracing the opportunity to learn while applying his industry knowledge every day.

Jacob’s favorite part of the job is witnessing the precision and dedication that go into building high-end custom homes. He enjoys collaborating with a team that values excellence and doesn’t take itself too seriously—something he’s already noticed in the office camaraderie.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys unwinding with movie nights at home with his girlfriend and daughter. A surprising fun fact: he’s unusually good at juggling. He’s motivated by the belief that while you can’t control everything that happens, you can always control how you respond—and he brings that mindset to both his work and life.
