He got his start in new construction back in college and has worn many hats in the building world since then. (And here’s a twist—he also holds an accounting degree from the University of Kentucky, which surprises just about everyone.)

Punctual, dependable, and reliable, Joey is known for staying cool under pressure—even when a perfectly planned day takes a sharp left turn. He lives for that final walkthrough moment, when a new homeowner lights up stepping into their dream home.

When he’s not on-site, Joey enjoys a round of golf, cheering on his beloved Kentucky Wildcats, and spending quality time with family and friends. His ultimate bucket list dream? Building his own custom barndominium on a piece of land to call his own.
