Once you decide Ken Harvey Homes is the right builder for your needs, we help you choose your lot in one of our many new home communities, select or design a floor plan, and schedule the selections appointment. Once permits are approved, construction begins with regular updates throughout the build until your new home is complete and ready for move-in. We also offer move in ready options when available, which would put closing in about a 30-day timeline.

We are currently building in 14 new home communities in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, Wendell, Selma, Louisburg and Fuquay-Varina, as well as infill sites in popular areas of town, like North Hills and North Ridge.
