He is also fluent in Spanish and a big fan of Christian hip hop—two things that often surprise his coworkers.

Joe’s four years in the United States Marine Corps, along with his experience managing projects for another builder, shaped his regimented and disciplined management style. He approaches each home with integrity, structure, and a commitment to keeping his word.
Personal Dream Home
If Joe could build his dream home in the mountains, it would include a fully equipped outdoor living space with a cooktop, TV, speakers, and a comfortable place to gather. While he appreciates a mountain sunrise, he prefers a beach sunset—there’s nothing quite like the ocean breeze at dusk.
Personal Aspirations and Faith
One of Joe’s personal goals is to live mortgage-free one day. If he could travel anywhere in the world, he would take his family to Israel to walk where Jesus walked and taught. Guided by Colossians 3:23-24, he strives to work wholeheartedly in all he does.
Fun and Food
Joe’s go-to comfort food is dark chocolate in any form. For an off-the-grid mountain weekend, he would bring his wife and children, a great pair of boots, and an espresso machine to fuel the adventure.
