Chad joined Ken Harvey Homes in June 2025, bringing a wealth of experience—and an upbeat energy that’s contagious. As a Project Manager, he’s passionate about building luxury homes alongside people who truly care about craftsmanship and each other. Before KHH, Chad served as VP of Construction for Glenwood Homes, and what drew him to this team was the family-owned atmosphere and unwavering support.

Known as a team player with a big personality and even bigger heart, Chad thrives in the collaborative culture of KHH, where everyone has your back. He loves learning new roles across the building process and believes growth comes from stepping into new perspectives.

Off the clock, you’ll likely find Chad grilling out, gardening, or enjoying time with family and friends. His dream adventure? A month exploring Ireland. His daily motto? “Have a blessed day”—a reminder of his gratitude and love for the people around him.

(Oh—and ask him about the time a homeowner decorated their garage door with his name in blue tape. Let’s just say he made quite the impression.)
