What a remarkable journey the last twelve months have been! What were our most memorable moments? This question was nearly impossible to answer as so many of our successes deserve accolades!
- 257 Rawhide Rebuild: When we learned of a housefire in Lake Royale, we set to do our part in rebuilding the Lavore’s family home. This was a tragic moment in their life that brought much devastation due to the loss of so much. Our journey to create a new beginning for them is one that we are incredibly proud of and we cannot wait to hear their thoughts on the finished product!
- 1516 Joe Louis Review: Perhaps our favorite milestone is handing the keys to a completed property to its new homeowners. The path to completion transforms into witnessing elation as our clients see their dream home come to life. Such was the case at 1516 Joe Louis and our valued customer returned with a glowing review. It is this feedback that fuels our passion for creating homes that not only meet but exceed expectations. Thank you for trusting us with your dream home.
- 142 Rawhide Review: Lise Cool’s positive words continue to shower us with delight! We worked with Lise to turn her Lake Royale home dreams into reality and based on her feedback, we got it right! The only thing better than a job well done is hearing amazing reviews from our customers.
- 2023 Closings Skyrocketed: When we wrapped up 2022, we were thrilled with the number of homes our clients closed on. We had no idea that at the end of this year, that number would be doubled! This is a testament to our team’s commitment and dedication. We are so proud of this milestone as it reflects both the growth of our business and the trust and satisfaction of our clients.
- KHH Design Center: We are thrilled to inspire countless homebuyers via a visit to our new design center. In our pursuit of excellence, the space has been our own dream and we are so excited to work side-by-side with our clients as they discover the inspiration for their new home.
- Four New Home Plans: In 2023, we added four new home plans to our library: Abigail, Casey, Lindsey, and Lisa. As design trends continue to evolve, so do our home plans and these four new plans offer a diverse range of options. By offering additional home plans, we extend every homeowner the ability to find the perfect match for their lifestyle and preferences.
- Lot Acquisitions: In 2023, our footprint will extend into both the Sorrell Oaks and Carriage Farms communities as we secured prime homesites in each. These Raleigh neighborhoods are among the most desirable. Will you build your dream home here? We certainly hope so!
- Infill Durham Construction: Revitalizing urban spaces is so important in today’s real estate market and in 2023 we broke ground on the Infill Durham lots at East End and East Main. We are proud to contribute growth and development to these communities that provide affordable housing opportunities, and cannot wait to see these projects come to life!
- Landon Brewer, Project Manager: In 2023, we welcomed a second Project Manager to the Ken Harvey Homes family when Landon Brewer joined us. Landon’s expertise and dedication have already had a huge impact on our continued success. Landon thrives on precise execution of each project which all but guarantees excellence.
- Rodney Carroll Partnership: In a new partnership with agent Rodney Carroll at Cotton Farms, we know that our presence in the Fuquay-Varina real estate market will become even stronger.
