The Ken Harvey Homes’ team is putting final touches on its 2026 Parade of Homes entries, including the addition of a very special opportunity for participants. The Parade of Homes is a regional, self-guided tour of the area's newest luxury homes, offering visitors a rare, all-access glimpse into the latest trends in custom home design. It is free to the public and Ken Harvey Homes is thrilled to showcase nine homes in this year’s parade.

In addition to welcoming participants to its featured homes, Ken Harvey Homes will be collecting donations for the Saving Grace animal rescue, an organization that has touched Ken Harvey Homes’ team members personally. Saving Grace’s current wish list includes Harris Teeter gift cards (used to purchase hot dogs and other foods that help hide medication for the dogs in their care), canned dog food, and 13-gallon and 55-gallon trash bags.

As you map out your Parade of Homes routes, be sure to include homes showcased by Ken Harvey Homes to see unique floorplans, trending designs, and even a few dog-centric features.

North Ridge, nestled within the renowned North Ridge Country Club is one of Raleigh’s most sought-after communities. While this neighborhood features two championship 18-hole golf courses, a state-of-the-art tennis complex, pickleball and more, it’s the variety of stunning, luxury homes that draw many homebuyers to North Ridge.

The Archie, 7620 Harps Mill Road: Beyond an incredible floorplan, what makes The Archie unique is its namesake. The Archie honors the beloved dog of one of Ken Harvey Homes’ partners, adopted from Wake Forest’s Saving Grace rescue program. The Archie blends comfort, craftsmanship, and modern functionality across 4,600 heated square feet, with a few unique dog-friendly features in the home, such as a dog nook under the stairwell, and a dog shower just off the rear deck. Features of the main level include a luxurious owner’s suite with vaulted ceilings and spa-inspired bath, a private study, an open-concept living area with a spacious family room, and a separate dining area. The oversized kitchen includes a scullery perfect for food prep and additional storage. Guests will enjoy a full guest suite, also on the main level. Upstairs, The Archie has a large rec room, media or office space, 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, for 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms total. It will be easy to enjoy outdoor living here, with a spacious screened porch with a fireplace and adjacent deck. This home also includes a three-car garage and an additional 1,900 square feet of unfinished space perfect for storage or future flexibility.

Brixley is home to expansive homesites and sits just minutes from Research Triangle Park, Durham, and Wake Forest. This luxury community also offers unmatched access to recreation, dining, shopping and top-notch healthcare.

The kitchen is anchored by Cambria quartz countertops and backsplash, gourmet professional appliances, an oversized island, and a full scullery with walk-in pantry. The main-level primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a dedicated sitting area, an opulent wet-room bath with zero-entry spa shower and deep freestanding tub, and a sprawling wardrobe closet that leads directly into the laundry room. A guest suite, private study, and an elegant wine tasting room round out the main level, along with future elevator capability. Upstairs, ten- and eleven-foot ceilings anchor a massive 30' x 21' media room with beverage galley, an adjacent recreation room, a private study/gym, and three oversized ensuite bedrooms, plus abundant storage. Step outside to a luxurious retreat featuring a saltwater pool and an al fresco kitchen with retractable screens, alongside a covered porch with fireplace and full bath and an elevated covered terrace upstairs. There is also plenty of room for parking with dual two-car garages featuring seamless epoxy flooring.

Carriage Farms is more than just a neighborhood; it’s a boutique community that redefines luxury living. Here, you’ll find generous, wooded lots, creating the perfect blend of tranquility and elegance.

The main-level owner’s suite offers a tray ceiling, crown molding, wide plank hardwoods, designer tile flooring, a dual vanity with quartz top, a spa-style shower with bench seat, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet with custom built-ins. The family room is anchored by a brick fireplace with flanking built-in cabinets and floating shelves, with sliding glass doors opening to a vaulted screened porch with its own brick fireplace. Upstairs, an oversized gameroom and unfinished walk-in storage round out the home, which also includes a 3-car garage.

Raleigh’s Eden Forest neighborhood offers tree-lined streets, well-manicured lawns, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for those who want to blend city-life with serenity.
