Ken Harvey Homes is proud to celebrate five award-winning homes in the 2026 Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Raleigh-Wake County! This year, five of our entries earned top honors from the HBA in recognition of thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and the attention to detail that went into each stunning property. Our 2026 HBA of Raleigh-Wake County Parade of Homes award winners are:
The Serenity at Brixley, Gold Award
The McKinley at Grandiflora, Gold Award
The Graham at Carriage Farm, Silver Award
The Rackley II at Serenity Reserve, Silver Award
The Ashley at Rosslare Manor, Bronze Award
Each fall, the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County Parade of Homes gives the public an opportunity to tour newly built homes and explore the floorplans and finishes that are shaping residential design. Ken Harvey Homes has eight new construction homes on this year’s Parade, and we are thrilled to share that five of them have been recognized by the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County! The Parade continues this weekend, so there is still time to tour them in person.

Eight Homes, Distinctive Designs
Five of our eight entries took home awards this year. Our entries spanned communities in Raleigh, Wendell, and Youngsville, offering a range of unique home styles and floorplans.
In addition to our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners, Ken Harvey Homes is showcasing the Archie in North Ridge, the Elizabeth in Eden Forest, and the Caitlynn in Grandiflora. Every Ken Harvey Homes new build is designed with thoughtful details, including open gathering areas, chef-inspired kitchens, private suites, flexible rooms, and outdoor living features.
The Archie carries a particularly personal story. It is named for a beloved dog adopted by a Ken Harvey Homes team member through Raleigh’s Saving Grace animal rescue program. Ken Harvey Homes is proud to support Saving Grace throughout the Parade. Donation bins and QR codes for cash donations are available in every Ken Harvey Homes Parade home open for tours. This Saturday and Sunday, Saving Grace will be on site at the Archie for a puppy adoption day, so stop by to tour the home, meet some adoptable pups, and help support this meaningful mission!
A Team Effort
While the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County’s Parade of Homes awards recognize the finished products, the work behind each entry reflects the effort of every Ken Harvey Homes team member. From project managers to designers to trade partners, it truly takes a village to bring these beautiful homes from the initial vision to reality. The 2026 Parade of Homes offers a look at the care and creativity that go into each of our projects as we build homes tailored to the way our clients live.
While Ken Harvey Homes is proud of all eight of our Parade of Homes entries, we are incredibly honored to be recognized among this year’s HBA of Raleigh-Wake County award winners. Thank you to our homeowners, our trade partners, and every member of the Ken Harvey Homes team. These awards belong to you!
